At KeyBook.in, operated by Shukla Book Center, we aim to provide a clear, fair, and transparent return and refund process for all our customers.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products. To be eligible, products must be:

  • Unused, unmarked, and in original condition.

  • In the original packaging as received.

  • Reported via email or WhatsApp within 10 days of delivery.

  • Books damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items Due to the academic nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Competitive exam preparation books and Question banks.

  • NCERT books.

  • Books with online access codes or digital downloadable content.

  • Used stationery or items damaged by the customer.

3. Product Inspection & Approval

  • All returned products are inspected upon receipt at our store.

  • Our team will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 4 working days.

  • If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria, the refund may be denied, and the product may be shipped back to the customer.

4. Refund Processing & Timeline

  • Original Payment: For online payments (UPI, Cards, Netbanking), refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via Bank Transfer.

  • Timeline: Once approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product was delivered in a defective or damaged condition.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Note: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.
