At KeyBook.in, operated by Shukla Book Center, we are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and customer-friendly return, exchange, and refund process.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products under the following conditions:
Product must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact
Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Customer must provide Order ID and product images (if damaged or defective)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect:
Competitive exam books
Question banks
NCERT books
Books containing online access codes
Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or water/fire damage
3. Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail/courier only
Return shipping label may be provided for eligible defective or incorrect items
No restocking fee is charged
4. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
Return approval time: Within 5 working days
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
Refund Modes
Online prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → Refunded via bank transfer or UPI
5. Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are covered by KeyBook.in only for:
Wrong product received
Damaged product received
Defective product received
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in seller-side errors
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
