Cancellation Policy – KeyBook.in
KeyBook.in is the official online store of Shukla Book Center, Deoria, Uttar Pradesh.
We follow a transparent and fair cancellation process in accordance with standard e-commerce practices.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation only before the order is dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, or through their account dashboard.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Customers may refer to our
Return & Refund Policy
after delivery, if eligible.
3. Cancellation by Seller
Shukla Book Center (KeyBook.in) reserves the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Incorrect pricing or listing errors
- Delivery not serviceable at the customer’s pin code
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Incomplete or unverifiable order details
In such cases, any Prepaid amount will be processed for Refund as per policy.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 5 business days.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders cancelled before dispatch do not incur any charges.
Refund timelines may vary depending on bank or payment gateway processing time.
5. Cancellation Request via My Account
Registered customers can submit a cancellation request by logging into their account dashboard.

After login, go to the Orders section and contact us regarding cancellation
before dispatch.
Please note: Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation from Shukla Book Center prior to shipment.
